Local Woodley trust offers help to those in need
The Bea Trust is a local trust which uses its income for the advancement of Christianity, the relief of poverty and for such other charitable purposes as the trustees think fit. for more information visit their website The Bea Trust website
It is intended to help those with a financial need living in or having some link with the town of Woodley and the surrounding area
How to apply for a grant:
Applications may be made through any of the Trustees, or by letter to: The Secretary, Bea Trust Fund, c/o 74, Austin Road, Woodley, Reading, RG5 4ES
Requests can be made on behalf of another person, as long as the proposer or the beneficiary lives in, or is connected with, the town of Woodley.
Applications are normally dealt with twice a year, in January and July, but urgent requests can be considered at any time.
The amount given to any individual or organisation will be subject to the decision of the Trustees and could be a single sum or a regular payment for a limited time. Grants should be used only for the purpose specified at the time of payment. |
